Chirpy

Few days till end of June... its been an all smile and prosperous month...

My brain alarm woke me up at 6.45am even though I set my alarm to 7.10am this morning. Since I knock off at 9.30pm last night, I felt so re-fresh this morning and taking my sweet time to get ready for work. Usually, I leave my house at 7.15am and since this morning, I had plenty of time to kill, I slowly sip my morning tea and Samuel arrived early today also. He is sooo... cute!! Half asleep; I tickled him here and there but he can just ignore me after he took a peep and dozed off on his arm-chair. So, I tickled him more and begged him to give me a hug. Bro chauffeur me to work at 7.45am and that's why I could afford to arrive office sharp because I don't have to find the perfect parking spot. On my ride to office, I was just dreamily watching all the buildings and cars; to my amazed, there are lots to see and some buildings which I never saw before... Hehehe.. that shows that I concentrate alot on the road when I drive. Once a blue moon being chauffeur to work is such a great feeling and it added the spice to my already chirpy week @ month. In addition, a big smile just pop up my face when I received an email from Alvin first thing I opened my Office email. He is finally back to PNG. And then, several jokes sms from Hamdi couldn't stopped me from steeling some chuckles while I read them. And the last sms from him was the funniest, he typed, "Sms me lar some jokes, kalau ada I'm in need of jokes". Outburst... and my colleagues all turned their heads towards me at the same time!

Yesterday, I woke up feeling like-being a "lady" so I dressed up in a full one piece dress and matching heels. My colleagues will know that I don't usually dress up in skirt/dress; probably only like 3-4 months once. The last time I wore a dress was in February and my colleagues actually went to buy "lottery numbers" of the Wira number that time. And since last weekend, I was supposed to get a French manicure from my sister but she failed to do it, instead I got a normal nail polish; brownish red. On contract, I did the flowery petals for her. I'm just gonna master it on my next round. Some were asking if I have a date last night but the male species don't even turn their head. Hahaha...so, there goes my charms. Just over lunch today, we were discussing about the 8 C's of requirements that a Singaporean man should have in order for the Singaporean ladies to accept them. So, as I was listing down the C's, I couldn't remember the 6th onwards... and I went to surf the net (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5_C) and they all crowded over my desktop to read thru. We had a good laugh after a full tummy!

Seriously, I couldn't help being blest with the "exciting" colleagues in my office now. And the newest member; Chua is always thinking of "where to eat". Over the boring weekends, I managed to catch up on my "sleeps" and on Friday night, I complaint a little to Jeffery over MSN about my friends. I came to know that a few of them are meeting up for a birthday party and I was not even invited. But, somehow, I had long know that this kind of thing will happened... so, I don't feel any betrayal or left-out. Maybe, I'm not a clubbing fan and probably not a good company. One by one of them start having boyfriend and we don't go on shopping trips anymore... since, I don't wanna be the "lamp-post" also. Hehehe... practically, their other-half are always glued to them now. To my much surprised, I feel awfully fine not being invited and couldn't help being happy for them... they found happiness in a man. *chuckled* I hope I could hear some "wedding-bells" soon... I had never attend any of my friends' happy occasion. To some, its a fearful encounter because its contributing "saman". Hehehe... So, I'm consider wonderfully lucky!!

All in all, June has been full of caring friends, funny jokes, food expeditions, re-unions, new car and lastly, blogging. What more can I asked?? God had blest me more than I had prayed for... even though, some things will probably come later... patience is the key to a much bigger reward.
