Presentation is good but taste wise; he said I lost marks at it for not-being-cheezy enough. Gain marks for the button-mushroom. The top layer was too hard to chew but that's because it's already air to cool & probably the cheese makes it that way. This comparison result versus his own brother that is a professional-chef!
Well, I had a tiring-time grating the Parmesan and I won't be too overwhelm about losing marks over the cheese but this will inspire me to go read-up more about the different types of cheese and how it should taste and how it should be used. So many, parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, riccota, ....
Conclusion; it's hard to satisfy & impress this heart & taste-bud of his.
